There is no refund whatever the reason. Any prepayment (money paid in advance) will not be reimbursed.
Not directly, however when you book directly with us you will get our chauffeur for FREE for Airport pickup. Free airport transfer. When you book directly you can get airport pickup and also on the date of Departure our chauffeur will bring you back to the airport. All for free. That’s included in your stay.
Conditions Apply / Requirement: Only available on stays of minimum 6 nights or more and booking have to be directly through ina-stay.com. This offer is not valid if another Promotion / Discount Code is used.
Yes, there is baby cutlery. You can request to get a “Baby/Toddler package” which include a Baby High Chair and a Baby Folding Bed in our booking process. Note: This is a paid service with additional fee.

Although we love animals and even if they are cute, it is strictly forbidden in our apartment to have them here because we have guests who are allergic.

But we have placed an ashtray on the balcony, so you may smoke outside on the balcony. Just respect the apartment and neighbors.

Yes, the security deposit amount: only AED 400 Dirham. But we only do “Pre-authorization” which means that there will not be deducted any amount from you credit or debit card. It’s just an authorization which means the system authorizes you to store the card temporarily in the system and the possibility to make a future charge if necessary.
Penalty of lost keys:
There is a penalty cost of AED 1000 of lost keys.
Penalty of lost Access Cards:
If an access card or parking card is lost, there will be a fine of 150 dirhams pr. piece.
IMPORTANT PENALTY!!!
If you do not check out of the apartment at the agreed 10AM/10:00, this will trigger a penalty of AED 500. Our staff will notify and inform our system. Please be aware of this. In the case that you have purchased late check out you can stay with peace of mind until 12pm but please be aware that if you leave later than 12PM/12:00 it will also trigger a penalty of AED 500.
IMPORTANT SMOKING FEE!!!!
Smoking in the rental property is not allowed. If the apartment smells of smoke or we can see traces of smoking inside, this will trigger a smoking fee of AED 800.
Yes a full amount is paid to secure your dates and booking. We claim the money in advance and will have the opportunity to withdraw the money as soon as your booking is completed.
Yes, all apartments are equipped with internet.

You will receive a PIN code to our key box. It’s Easy check-in without a host. You just check in easily with our key box.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer earlier check-in as our staff are working in the apartment to prepare your stay.

Our Cleaning Fee includes check-out cleaning on your departure date. The price depends on the size of the apartment. This is standard and mandatory.
