Terms and conditions

Booking conditions:

Rental period

The rental period is chosen by the Guest through our calendar system delivered by Lodgify.com.

We require guests to send passport copy (photo of their passport) before check-in and Arrival

It’s a legal requirement from Dubai Tourism that Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC as a Host provides passport photo to Dubai Tourism Department (DTCM) and building management of the building.

Maintenance

The guest should keep the property in good condition.

Pets in the rental property is not allowed.

Smoking in the rental property is not allowed.

The guest are not allowed to keep firearms, bows, and other weapons in the rental property.

The guest agree not to use the property in a way to disturb the peace in the surroundings or environment.

Privacy data

Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC stores guest data in these softwares: Lodgify.com and Chekin.com. 

Price

Consumption is included in the price:
– Electricity
– Water
– Towels
– Bed linen
– Cleaning on the Departure date/Check-out (included in the cleaning fee)
– Wifi

Everything above is covered by Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC in the rental price.

The price includes any legal Tourism TAX.

Security deposit

Security Deposit amount: only AED 400 Dirham. We only do “Pre-authorization” which means that there will not be deducted any amount from you credit or debit card. It’s just an authorization which means the system authorizes you to store the card temporarily in the system and the possibility to make a future charge if necessary.

Damage

The guest is responsible for taking good care of the furniture and appliances. The guest will pay for any repair or replacement if the equipment was damaged during their stay. Guests can be held liable if anything is damaged.

Important Penalty Fees you accept:

Penalty fee of lost keys:
There is a penalty cost of AED 1,000 of lost keys.

Penalty fee of lost Access Cards:
If an access card or parking card is lost, there will be a fine of 150 dirhams pr. piece.

Overstay Penalty fee:
If you do not check out of the apartment at the agreed 10AM/10:00, this will trigger a penalty of AED 500. Our staff will notify and inform our system. Please be aware of this. In the case that you have purchased late check out you can stay with peace of mind until 12pm but please be aware that if you leave later than 12PM/12:00 it will also trigger a penalty of AED 500.

Smoking Penalty fee:
Smoking in the rental property is not allowed. If the apartment smells of smoke or we can see traces of smoking inside, this will trigger a smoking fee of AED 800.

Payment terms:

Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC claim the money in advance and will have the opportunity to withdraw the money as soon as your booking is completed.

Payment Details

Payment is through our payment gateway Stripe.com. Secure and encrypted connection is provided by Stripe.com.

Cancellation:

Cancellation is non-refundable for any reason it is not Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC responsibility as we prepare, book and make accommodation available during the booked period. There is no refund whatever the reason. Any prepayment (money paid in advance) will not be reimbursed.

Rules and Restrictions

No noise or music during night hours.

No parties allowed.

Violation of Agreement

If there is a breach of the agreement to a significant extent, Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC possibility to terminate the agreement with 1 day’s notice. In the event of a breach of law, Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC contact Dubai Police.

Guests Who Won’t Leave

If guests do not leave the apartment after the end of the period and agreed check-out time, Inastay Vacation Home Rental LLC will bill AED 3000 for each additional night the guest forces. If a guest settles the apartment and does not want to leave, then the local police will be contacted. In addition, a security company will be contacted who will remove guests. The guest will be made liable for all costs in a subsequent lawsuit.

Governing law

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of Dubai and Dubai Tourism Department (DTCM).

Other

By renting, you automatically accept our third party software and suppliers’ terms (Lodgify.com, Chekin.com & Stripe.com). The guest is responsible for reading these aloud before booking.

Kindly note that the apartment is NON-SMOKING and pets are not allowed.

Official policy for staying in units at Nakheel Communities (including Palm Jumeirah) must be followed:

  1. Maximum number of Guests permitted to a unit will be considered based on number of bedrooms it has. 2 adults + 2 children (age < 18 years old) per bedroom is the maximum permitted head count.
  2. Guest arrival requests may reject if listed guests are blacklisted at the Nakheel properties.
  3. Visitors to a short stay unit is only permitted during the time period of 9 am to 10 pm on Sunday to Thursday, but until 12am is permitted on Fridays and Saturdays.
  4. Maximum number of permitted visitors to a unit is 5 particular individuals during the permitted time.
  5. The guests should not be around at the beach areas after 12am.
  6. No party, celebrations are permitted in the units during short stay.
  7. No open fires may be built or lit.
  8. No alcohol may brought to, or consumed upon the community common areas.
  9. Music system, DJ Player, music instruments are not at all permitted to carry into the community or to play at the common areas within the community.
  10. Short Stay Guests are not permitted to bring wild animals or untamed exotic pets into the community.

InaSTAY 2024 OFFER: Airport Transfer

The offer os only available when the following conditions is met:
– Booking is placed directly through ina-stay.com

– Duration: Minimum 6 nights booked or more.

– Only available on dates in 2024.
– Not valid if another Promotion / Discount Code is used.

The offer include 1 Airport Pickup (Airport Transfer Service) from the airport to the apartment and on Departure date from the apartment back to the airport. Offer cannot be converted to other services and is only locked to the airport transfer. Alternative routes are not accepted. The service is delivered by our Partner Welcome Pickups. InaSTAY Vacation Home Rental LLC can not be held responsible for the service as its provided by Welcome Pickups.
